John Hall joined GTL in April of 2024, as Senior Vice President of Administration. Prior to joining Guarantee Trust Life, Mr. Hall worked for several large professional services firms, including Aon and CNA, in various service related positions.
In his role of Senior Vice President of Administration, he oversees the company’s administrative functions including, Customer Service, Policyowner Service, Claims, Data Management Center, Facilities and Purchasing departments. Mr. Hall brings over 25 years’ experience in the life and health insurance industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago.
